Auditing CommissionThe auditing commission for the Arizona Chapter of LAC is composed of Gilanda Matonis (chair), Rita Martinaitis and Casimir Matonis.
Our Chapter And The National OrganizationRegionally LAC is subdivided into districts, regions, and chapters. Our chapter is in the Southwest Region of the Western District.
At the national level there is the National Board of Directors and the National Executive Committee. The National Board of Directors serves as the legislative body of LAC and sets the agenda and the rules of operation for LAC. Its members are elected every three years and meet once a year. Past and present Arizona representatives on the National Board of Directors:
Rimantas Vaitkus (2006 - 209) The National Executive Committee executes the directives of the Board and administers the national LAC organization. The chair of the National Execcutive Committee is appointed by the Board every three years. The chair then appoints the Committee members, who are confirmed by the Board.

All members are encouraged to make an annual solidarity contribution of a minimum of $10.00 per individual or $20.00 per family.
